Poker Season Descends on Macau and Asia

With the closing of the World Series of Poker, the poker world's focus shifts to China.

APT Macau will be held from 27-31 August 2008, shortly after the close of China's Olympics. Then there is the Asia-Pacific Poker Tour. APPT Macau will run from 1-9 September 2009. This brings two weeks of poker tournaments to the new gaming mecca of the world.

Pokerstars' APPT have already released the dates for most of their poker tournaments in Asia, which culminates like last year in Sydney, Australia.

The APT has yet to release their schedules, but there is press reports already suggest that their tournaments will culminate in its birth city, Singapore, in the end of this year.
